SIZING

Dogs come in a variety of shapes and sizes. We're here to help you find the best size for your furry friend. Here are a few tips:

• Each product page on our site has a distinct size guide so please ensure that you're looking at the appropriate chart.

• Always measure before you buy. Measure twice, order once.

• If you're still not sure, send us a note via the contact form or shoot an email to shop@missionpawsible.org. Please provide the specific item that you're interested in as well as the applicable measurements of your dog. Providing a picture never hurts.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free shipping through JNE on all domestic orders as a courtesy to our customers in Indonesia. We also offer shipping via IndoPos.  Orders will be processed within three business days of receiving payment. Please note that most packages require 2-4 days of transit time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping from the IndoPos Services. Once packages arrive in the destination country, they are handled by the local carrier in that country. All orders will ship within three business days of manufacturing. Please note that any required customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
